Drink, ginger, mojito, pineapple, rum
1 Tbsp Fresh ginger, diced
1.5 Tbsp Sugar
8-12 Leaves Mint
1 Juice of Lime
2-3 ounces Bacardi White Rum
2 splashes Ginger ale
1 splash Jupiña (pineapple soda) or pineapple juice if soda not available
Add diced ginger, lime juice, and sugar to a mug and microwave for 25 seconds
Transfer to shaker, add mint leaves and muddle well so ginger juices and mint oils release
Add rum and ice cubes - Shake well
Strain into glass filled with crushed ice (with extra, bruised mint leaves if desired)
Add the 2 splashes of ginger ale and one splash of pineapple
Push straw up and down through drink 3 to 4 times to mix the splashes slightly
